Spacious apartment and entirely refurbished, it is new, colourful, comfortable and elegantly decorated. The kitchen opens on an intimate courtyard called ‘the First Steps Patio’ in memory of Gardel’s childhood, inviting for a coffee or dinner under lanterns to the sound of tango. Historical site. In the house where Carlos Gardel, the famous Tango singer was born.
This apartment extends from one side of the building to the other. The living room gives on one side to the bedroom and on the other to the kitchen. Bathroom with shower and separate W.C.; independent kitchen opening on the patio, large enough to have a table and two chairs.

Ideally located in the center of town, 500 meters from the Saint Sernin Basilica and the very zen Japanese garden of Toulouse, but at the same time very close to the ring road leading outside Toulouse; right in the business center of Toulouse: Congress Center Pierre Baudis, the Regional Council, the University Toulouse 1 - Capitole, the Toulouse Business School (TBS)…. but also five minutes away from the Capitole famous Place and the Saint Pierre “students” Place. The airport is 7km away. Many of the treasures Toulouse has to offer are right here, you are ten minutes away from the ‘Place du Capitole’. Good restaurants and cafés abound.
